I just wanted to say hey and introduce myself. After surfing the net a bit I found the site and it called out to me. I have been a witch (not sure what category yet, lol) for about 4 years, but vampires have fascinated me for as long as I can remember. I have always been fascinated by the thought and taste of blood, but have rarely indulged. Never met anyone willing I suppose. I suppose the sexual aura around vamps has always been a huge draw too. The danger, the sexuality, the idea. But that is from the fiction of them not the reality. I admire those that are able to indulge in their world - I guess I am still too constrained by beliefs and culture. It happens when you have a prominant place in a small town, especially in the "old west" region that is extremely religous, similar to the deep south. I must live a double life as it is, witches are still ostracised here. Just when I thought things would be okay if I came out of the broom closet, a co worker made a comment that shot that down. Imagine what would happen if I made known my fascination as well!!! My husband already thinks I am morbidly nuts. *sigh* Perhaps I can find an outlet here.
